Laurie is a certified facilitator, certified coach, seasoned speaker, and proud “recovering engineer” from NASA. She is also the founder and CEO at New Horizon Strategies, LLC, which she launched in 2011 to help leaders thrive amid nonstop change.

She knows firsthand that real impact isn’t just better tools or tighter processes; it’s giving people what they need to lead with clarity and courage.
