Session summary:
Does running your own business ever give you nightmares?  Are there areas you already know you could optimize if you just had the time or information?  Most of us didn’t start our coaching practices to do the business side of it (scheduling, taxes, legal, marketing, sales, etc.) yet it’s required nonetheless!  How well are you working both “in” and “on” your business?

Join us for “Be Your Own Business Coach”, an interactive presentation to ensure your future intentions come to fruition. Often, we start our planning by looking forward, but Laurie will encourage us to look back to make sure you’ve set the right foundation for this year of prosperity (using the skills we already honed by becoming a coach!) You’ll leave with three solid exercises to help bring your goals to fruition.

• Diagnose why FUN and Running our Businesses don’t often overlap.
• Set up the right mindset with data and intent.
• Build upon our foundation of success to catalyze future successes using an easy set of tools.
