Many of our individual coaching clients decide to join one of our coaching groups. Here’s how they work.
New Horizon Strategies organizes small groups of six to eight people into coaching groups that gather once or twice a month to explore common issues of interest and set goals.
Sometimes coaching groups focus on themes from a such as team building, “Breaking the Ice of Nice™”, “What a Can’t Fail Culture Costs Your Bottom Line™”, “Making Perfect People Better™” and Values Alignment with the Cultural Transformation Tool®. Many times, coaching groups form around a certain issue or initiative in an organization that needs attention.
New Horizon Strategies, LLC typically uses a mastermind approach to help participants become more accountable for reaching goals they’ve set for themselves.
Along the way, participants open their hearts and minds to learn new skills and tools, share ideas, build trust, gain support and grow as a team. There’s time for sharing, and time for attention to each individual’s needs.
Group coaching is valuable because of the intense support and encouragement each person receives from other members of the group.
