DESCRIPTION:New Horizon Strategies (NHS)\, LLC will deliver in-person facilitation on “Transformational Change Leadership” for the Texas Municipal League Leadership Academy. \nThis skill-building session will occur on May 18th\, 2023 from 10AM to 11:45AM at the Sheraton Georgetown in Austin\, TX. \nTransformational Change Leadership: \nCalling all leaders of change efforts. Why are only a quarter of all change management efforts successful? Is it our strategies and processes? Or is it how well people understood the issues\, agreed with decisions\, and ultimately felt inspired? Both! There is no shortage of change on the horizon\, and leadership alignment to navigate all that change is a significant ingredient to successful transformation. When we are aligned together\, great things happen. When alignment falls short\, change efforts fail\, people feel disgruntled\, and talent leaves (or burns out and stays\, which becomes a potentially larger burden).
