DESCRIPTION:Join friends\, clients\, and colleagues for both a workshop and dinner meeting sponsored by the Houston Organizational Development Network (HODN) on March 1st at the United Way of Houston. \nHODN’s much anticipated spring workshop will focus on the research of Dr. Brené Brown and what a “Can’t Fail Culture Costs Your Bottom Line”. Guest speaker Laurie Hall is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator & Consultant (CDWF-C). The Daring Way™ was developed to help people learn how to show up\, be seen\, and live braver lives with a focus on developing shame resilience skills and developing a courage practice that transforms the way we live\, love\, parent\, and lead. The HODN’s workshop will focus on how The Daring Way can be applied to organizational cultures\, while still based on the foundation of individual resilience. This is a hands on\, four hour workshop from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
